Yearly Portraits
When is the best time to book?
We suggest booking several months before your EOY dance concerts so that you can have your photographs printed and presented to your Dancers if so desired.
We cover a number of local studios, schools, and teams, so to avoid disappointment, we suggest reaching out today.
What do we need to do to make this happen?
All we need to operate is an empty room, a power supply, and a list of your dancers' names and group assignments.
We can shoot your dancers over several days if needed, depending on the size of your operation.
How will our dancers and their families access their images?
Before your session date, we will have custom flyers printed and sent to your school to hand out to your families along with social media marketing designs and reminders.
After your club has been photographed, your individual images and group photographs will be available to purchase from our website directly to the customer's door.
What will this cost our club?
NOTHING. We market directly to your performers and their families for orders and do not require any form of payment from the school.
That being said, schools do have the option to pre-order any number of images for their performers and their families at their own discretion.

Live Concert Portraits
When is the best time to book?
We suggest booking in your concert as soon as the date is set to be sure we have a photographer available.
What do we need to do to make this happen?
After you have booked your concert date and we have confirmed,
We will need reasonable access to the performance area on the day of the show.
This will include a minimum of two seats available adjacent to the stage area for the photographer and equipment.
A middle seat set on the same level or slightly higher than the stage will naturally work best and will need to be confirmed before shooting.
An available parking spot for loading/unloading equipment will also need to be supplied.
How will our performers and their families access their images?
After your performance has been photographed, your photographs will be available to purchase from our website, directly to the customer's door.
What will this cost our school?
We do require a baseline fee of $250.00 for each show we shoot to cover our running costs.

VIDEOGRAPHY
When is the best time to book?
We suggest booking in your concert as soon as the date is set to be sure we have a videographer available.
What do we need to do to make this happen?
After you have booked your concert date and we have confirmed,
We will need reasonable access to the performance area on the day of the show.
This will include a minimum of three seats available adjacent to the stage area for the photographer and equipment.
A middle seat set on the same level or slightly higher than the stage will naturally work best and will need to be confirmed before shooting.

What will this cost our school?
We do require a baseline fee of $1500.00 for each show we shoot to cover our running costs.
How do we receive our video?
After the show, we process your video and supply you with both a digital copy via USB and a copy on our own website's YouTube page to share with your families.
