 When is the best time to book?

Anytime is a good time to book in for a family photography session. However when booking in we suggest booking as soon as you know the date you would like, this is to ensure we have the availability for the session time.

With all family bookings, it is taken as a tentative booking. Which means we can change the appointment as needed to suit you and your family.

What should our family wear? 
We don't provide suggestions on outfits but we do highly recommend no clashing colours or large logo's.

What will happen in the session?

Sessions usually take 1 hour and within that time we capture all of the images you had envisioned.

Can I choose where I want the session?

Yes, we offer either a studio or outdoor session with many suggestions of our local area to meet all needs.
However, if the location you desire is further than 25km from our studio in Redcliffe a $50 travel charge does incur. 

What happens if the weather is not good on the day of my session?

We ensure to keep in contact with you throughout the day prior to the session and discuss whether to continue forward with the session or postpone to another day. If we are postponing there is no additional charge.

What will I receive from the session?

Your images will be available to you within 3-4 weeks from your session date, at that time you will receive 40 high resolution fully edited images available to you in colour and black/white.  These images are sent to you via our online system Dropbox so that you can save, print and share as much as you like.

When requested we can upload a copy of ALL of your unedited files FREE OF CHARGE for you to keep post session!

 Please note your $55 booking fee is an addition cost to the image package. 

Booking fee's and deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made however a store Credit/Gift Voucher may be offered.
