When is the best time to book?
We suggest booking in your show as soon as the date is set to be sure we have a Photographer/ Videographer available.
What do we need to do to make this happen?
After you have booked your show date and we have confirmed,
We will need reasonable access to the event area on the days surrounding the show. This will include but is not limited to, parking, vendor and camping passes depending on the location of your show.
How do we receive our photographs and video?
After the show, we process your video and supply you with both a digital copy via USB and a copy on our own website's YouTube page to share with your families. Images once edited are sent via DropBox or WeTransfer depending on size and requirment.
