When is the best time to book?
When booking in we suggest that as soon as you know the date of the event to secure it with your $55 booking in fee, this is to ensure we have the availability for that day. With all of our event bookings, the date is taken as a tentative booking.
Which means we can change the day or time as needed to suit you and your needs.
How do we plan our event with you?
After filling out our booking form we continue to discuss all the details with you leading up to the event via face to face meetings, phone calls and emails. This allows us to understand every aspect of your event that that you would like to capture and makes you feel comfortable in knowing that we will for fill the requirements for your day.
Do we travel?
Yes, we can be booked for any locations and have traveled interstate and out of state for events in the past.
However if the location you desire is further than 25km from our studio in Redcliffe a $50 travel charge does incur along with any further travel costs including but not limited to plane tickets or rental car hire.
What will I receive from the session?
Your images will be available to you within 6-8 weeks from your event date. These images are high resolution fully edited photographs, that are sent to you via our online system Drop box so that you can save, print and share as much as you like. As event coverage times vary we average between 30-60 images per hour during the time you have us for coverage.
(Our hand crafted USBs are included in the package price)
Please note your $55 booking fee is an addition cost to the image package.
Booking fee's and deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made however a store Credit/Gift Voucher may be offered.
